2. Live Consultations or Services
- For paid consultations (video or chat), cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- If cancelled within this period, users may receive a 100% refund or reschedule the session.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
3. Double Payment or Transaction Error
If you are charged twice for a single order or experience a technical payment issue:

- Once verified, the extra amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Delivery or Technical Errors
- If a digital report or service is not delivered due to a technical issue (such as server downtime, email delivery failure, or payment gateway error), we will reprocess and resend your report at no extra cost.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund may be issued.
5. Eligibility for Refunds
